Tiernan) Popular for its waterfront, school district and direct train line into Manhattan, Port Washington is a cherished enclave. Residents have access to just about everything, say real estate agents, who point to community features like waterside restaurants, marinas, eclectic shops, services, parks, a library and a theater.
